• Creating avatars or portraits for yourself or consenting people.
• Optimizing your own product images.
• Transcribing recordings you own or are authorized to process.

2. Prohibited Uses

• Processing another person's face or voice without consent.
• Creating false identities, documents or certificates.
• Impersonation or fraud.
• Sexual face swapping, insult, defamation or malicious distortion.
• Copyright, portrait, privacy or personal information infringement.
• Removing watermarks or source marks without authorization.
• Using transcription to steal secrets or violate communication privacy.
• Publishing fake AI content that may be mistaken for real events.
• Using tools for cyberattacks or other illegal activities.

3. Face and Portrait Rules

Confirm that you are the person in the image or have clear authorization from the relevant person.

4. Audio and Voice Rules

Confirm that you have the right to process the recording and necessary consent from participants.

5. Commercial Use

Verify source rights, license scope, model service terms and platform rules before commercial use.

6. Publishing AI Content

Apply appropriate AI labels or notices when required by law or platform rules.

7. Enforcement

We may warn, refuse processing, restrict features, suspend accounts or terminate service for violations.

8. Reporting

Report illegal, infringing or abusive use through the report page.
