Basic logs such as IP, browser, device, request time and errors.
Uploaded images, audio, video, text, prompts and processing parameters.
Generated, transcribed, summarized, previewed, downloaded or exported results.
Local browser settings such as provider preferences or API keys entered by the user.

3. Why We Process It

We process information for account login, verification, tool execution, file processing, result generation, export, troubleshooting, security and compliance.

4. Uploaded Files

Files may be previewed or processed locally in the browser, and may also be uploaded to server storage or third-party model services to complete a feature.

5. Third-Party Model Services

Based on the current implementation, image and video features are sent to Agnes AI; speech-to-text may be sent to Alibaba DashScope/Bailian ASR; text summaries may be sent to DeepSeek; file, login and storage data may be sent to infrastructure services such as Vercel Blob, Supabase or Resend. API keys are not exposed on the page.

6. Retention

Data is retained only for a reasonable period necessary for the relevant purpose, subject to each feature and service behavior. Browser local data can be cleared by the user.

8. User Rights

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion or account closure where applicable.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, but internet transmission and third-party services still involve risks.

10. Minors

Minors should use the site under guardian guidance and must not upload harmful content.

11. Updates

We may update this policy when features, laws or compliance requirements change.
