Billing Statement

1. Plans

• Free: $0 with initial trial credits.
• Plus Monthly: $9.99, 100 images per month.
• Plus Annual: $99.99, 100 images per month during the annual access period; unused monthly credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.
• Pro Monthly: $19.99, 300 images per month.
• Pro Annual: $199.99, 300 images per month during the annual access period; unused monthly credits expire at the end of each month and do not roll over.

2. Payment mode

The current Stripe Checkout and PayPal Checkout implementation uses one-time payments, not automatic recurring subscriptions. Checkout, orders and this statement follow the payment order actually created.

3. Entitlement confirmation

success_url, return_url and payment success redirects are user-facing hints only. Entitlements, credit refreshes, refunds and disputes are based on backend order state and payment webhooks.

4. Upgrades and downgrades

• Free to Plus/Pro: pay the full plan price and receive first-cycle credits.
• Plus monthly to Plus annual, or Pro monthly to Pro annual: same-tier cycle changes start next cycle with no extra current-cycle credits.
• Plus to Pro: upgrade immediately with remaining time credited; available credits become the new cycle cap minus credits already used in the cycle.
• Pro to Plus: downgrade starts next cycle and current Pro benefits remain until expiration.
• Annual plans do not grant a full year of credits at once.

5. Referral rewards

Referral rewards are determined by the referred user's first valid paid plan. If the referred user is refunded, the related referral rewards are revoked as well.
